The West Coast League has unveiled its 2025 schedule, and the Edmonton Riverhawks are gearing up for their fourth season in the WCL (they grow up so fast, don't they?). That means 27 more days of baseball in Edmonton—27 more days of mascot races, beer bats, bouncy castles, live music, comedians, and all the fun you love at the ballpark!

On and off the field, the Riverhawks are ready to take 2025 to new heights!

The Riverhawks will kick off the summer with a Home Opener on Tuesday, June 3rd, facing off against some Canadian rivals, the Victoria HarbourCats.

In 2025, the Riverhawks will also host the Bellingham Bells twice at home, seeking redemption in a familiar matchup following their exciting playoff battle in the 2024 divisional round. That series was a milestone in Riverhawks history, marking the team’s first-ever playoff appearance and their first playoff win in front of nearly 8,000 excited fans!

Head Coach Lanferman is ready to build on last season’s success, which saw the team rack up 32 wins, produce 9 All-WCL players, and celebrate 6 current and former Riverhawks making the jump to Major League Baseball.

​​In the stands, the promotions team is cranking up the fun with fresh theme nights, fan-favourite giveaways, and wacky entertainment, ensuring you, your friends, and your family have a blast all summer long.

While the 2025 promotional schedule is still in the works, there are a few key dates to mark on your calendar: the Home Opener on June 3rd, the Canada Day Celebration on July 1st, and Fan Appreciation Day on August 3rd, during our final home game of the regular season.

And of course, fans can expect popular promotions like the Homes Alive Pets Barking Bleachers, Uncle John's Fireworks Fridays, and Thirsty Thursdays to be back at the ballpark this summer!
