    Rainout / Game Cancellations

    Cancellations may be made ahead of the game or can be a GAME TIME decision made by the umpires. The turf installed at RE/MAX field allows water to drain very efficiently in comparison to traditional grass infields allowing games to be played even after significant rainfall or during light rain.

    In the case of a cancellation, ticket purchasers will be notified via our website, social media channels and email. A makeup game will be announced as soon as possible.

    Tickets are not refundable for cash. If an official game is not played (4½ innings if the home team is ahead or 5 innings if the visiting team is ahead), e-ticket holders will receive a voucher in their account manager to redeem for an upcoming game subject to availability. Tickets purchased from the box office can be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value for an upcoming game subject to availability. Premium seating ticket holders will be rebooked subject to availability. In the case a future date is not available for a premium area grandstand vouchers will be issued. If the ticket is complimentary, it is not refundable, nor exchangeable. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost or destroyed. Vouchers can be redeemed at redeem.gohawks.ca or directly from your account manager.

    If a game is cancelled AFTER 5 innings (or 4½ innings if home team is winning) the game will not be rescheduled and there will be no refund or exchanges.

    Unused Tickets Promotion

    If you are unable to come to a game for any reason, your unused ticket(s) will be converted into a ticket voucher to be used at any Monday to Thursday game for the remainder of the 2025 regular season (excluding July 1).

    These vouchers can be redeemed for Gold, Silver, Bronze or Bleacher sections. Complimentary tickets are not eligible for this promotion.

    Unused tickets vouchers will be emailed out the week following the games the tickets were issued for. You can also find them in your account manager at account.gohawks.ca under "Vouchers".
