Cancellations are GAME TIME decisions made by the umpires. Games will NOT be cancelled ahead of time. The newly installed turf at RE/MAX field allows water to drain very efficiently in comparison to traditional grass infields allowing games to be played even after significant rainfall.
In the case of a cancellation, fans will be notified via our website and social media channels and the makeup game will be announced as soon as possible.
Tickets are not refundable for cash. If an official game is not played (4½ innings if the home team is ahead or 5 innings if the visiting team is ahead), e-ticket holders will receive a voucher in their account manager to redeem for an upcoming game subject to availability. Tickets purchased from the box office can be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value for an upcoming game subject to availability. Premium seating ticket holders will be rebooked subject to availability. In the case a future date is not available for a premium area grandstand vouchers will be issued. If the ticket is complimentary, it is not refundable, nor exchangeable. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost or destroyed. Vouchers can be redeemed at redeem.gohawks.ca or directly from your account manager.
If a game is cancelled AFTER 5 innings (or 4½ innings if home team is winning) the game will not be rescheduled and there will be no refund or exchanges.
If you are unable to come to a game for any reason, your unused tickets will be converted into a ticket voucher to be used at two designated unused tickets games during our season. Complimentary tickets are not eligible
Unused ticket holders for games scheduled from JUNE 13 - JULY 6 will receive a ticket voucher in their account managerthat can be used for theJULY 7 game.
Unused ticket holders for games scheduled from JULY 7 - AUG 4 will receive a ticket voucher in their account managerthat can be used for the AUG 5 game.
