Stadium Policies

The Riverhawks look forward to seeing you down at RE/MAX field. Please take some time to review important stadium information below.

  • Thrown bats and thrown and batted balls leaving the field can be dangerous. Please stay alert at all times.
  • Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the ballpark. The use of chewing tobacco is also prohibited.
  • Weapons of any kind are not permitted in the ballpark.
  • Bags, backpacks, and similar items are subject to reasonable search before they are allowed into the ballpark.
  • Guests may not bring alcoholic beverages or controlled substances of any kind into the ballpark.
  • Fireworks, horns, whistles, or any other noisemakers; bicycles, skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, laser pointers, ice chests, beverage or food containers, and coolers of any kind are not permitted inside the ballpark.
  • Outside food and beverages (including bottled water and personal drink bottles/containers of any kind) are not permitted inside the ballpark.
  • Guests must present valid identification to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages.
  • Except for certified service dogs, pets/animals are not allowed in the ballpark with the exception of promotional games where pets will be allowed in.
  • The Riverhawks organization is committed to providing guests at RE/MAX Field with an enjoyable, safe, and family-friendly environment. Disorderly conduct of any kind (including, but not limited to, inappropriate language, gestures and behavior, inappropriate displays of affection in a public setting, and any disruption of the game or disruption that impacts other fans' ability to enjoy the game) will not be permitted anywhere in the ballpark. Guests may be asked to leave the ballpark if their disorderly conduct does not stop after being asked to do so.
  • Please inform a Riverhawks staff member if you need assistance in arranging a ride home from the ballpark.
  • The Riverhawks reserve the right to amend ballpark guidelines and policies for Riverhawks games at any time.
  • Fans may re-enter the ballpark provided they have received a stamp upon leaving the stadium through the MAIN ENTRANCE
  • Any attire (including caps, face coverings, etc.) that includes any content (such as words, photos, drawings, artwork, or other designs) deemed by the Riverhawks in their sole discretion to be obscene, profane, vulgar, indecent, violent, threatening, abusive, prejudiced against any individual or group (e.g., because of their race, religion, or sexual orientation), or which encourages or promotes illegal behavior, is prohibited. Content that is not overtly in violation of the foregoing, but is suggestive of prohibited content, is similarly prohibited.
  • Footwear is required at all times in all areas of the ballpark.
