How to Redeem a Voucher
Redeem Online
- Navigate to redeem.gohawks.ca
- Either login to your Riverhawks account or create a new account.
Enter Codes
- Once logged in, enter your codes into the text boxes
- To add more than one code click "Add Code"
- Once entered click on "Lookup Code" and proceed to selecting your date
Select Game
- Select your game from the calendar
- Click "Next" to proceed to select your seats
- Please note vouchers may be restricted to certain games
Select Seats
- Select your seats from the seatmap
- Click "Next" to proceed to select your seats
- Please note vouchers may be restricted to certain sections
Confirm Selection and Redeem
- Confirm your game and seat selection
- Click "Redeem Vouchers"
- Tickets will then be emailed as well as available from your account manager
