    ETS Gameday Shuttle

    ETS Game Day Shuttle

New for the 2026 season, the Edmonton Riverhawks are partnering with Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) to offer a pilot game day shuttle between the Churchill Square area and RE/MAX Field for Riverhawks home games.

If the Riverhawks are playing a home game at RE/MAX Field, ETS can help get you there. The shuttle gives fans another convenient option for travelling to and from the ballpark, along with biking, e-scooters, ride-share services, walking, and regular ETS service.

Fans should note that the three main parking lots at RE/MAX Field will continue to be available throughout the 2026 season. Parking Lots A, B, and C will open as early as 5:00 PM for evening games and 11:00 AM for Sunday afternoon games.

    Shuttle Service Details

Fans can use their Riverhawks game-day ticket to ride the shuttle at no additional cost from Churchill Square to RE/MAX Field for every home game this summer, excluding the weekday daytime School Spirit Game on June 10.

    How it works:

    • Pick-up/drop-off downtown: Bus stop #1246, located at 100 Street and 102 Avenue northbound, near Churchill Square
    • Route: Churchill Square area to RE/MAX Field via Rossdale Road
    • Start time: Shuttle service begins approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes before game time
    • Frequency: Shuttles will run frequently during peak arrival times, with buses expected approximately every 5 to 6 minutes depending on game-day demand and operational conditions
    • Post-game: After the game, shuttle buses will leave from RE/MAX Field back to Churchill Square until post-game shuttle demand has cleared

    Ticket-to-Ride Program

Your Riverhawks game ticket is also your ticket to ride.

To make it easier for fans to get downtown, your Riverhawks game-day ticket is valid fare on ETS LRT and regular bus service for two hours before the game, during the game, and two hours after the game ends.

    Getting Downtown

Churchill Square is easily accessible by transit, and fans are encouraged to take advantage of ETS service on game days by showing their Riverhawks game-day ticket.

All three LRT lines, Capital, Metro, and Valley Line, have stops at Churchill Square.

Routes 9, 110X, 120X, 500X, 701, 900X, and 901 run along 101 Street and Jasper Avenue, just a short walk to Churchill Square.

    Park & Ride Options

ETS Park & Ride is available at several LRT stations and transit centres across the city. Fans can park for free at many ETS Park & Ride lots and take the LRT or bus network to Churchill Square before hopping on the shuttle.

    Parking at RE/MAX Field

Parking is limited at RE/MAX Field, but the three main parking lots at the ballpark will remain available throughout the 2026 season, subject to capacity.

Fans are reminded that parking in Rossdale is only for neighbourhood residents, and unauthorized vehicles may be ticketed.

    Other Transportation Options

Both Churchill Square and RE/MAX Field are accessible through shared micromobility options, including e-bikes and e-scooters.

Fans using e-scooters or e-bikes are encouraged to ride with care, avoid riding on sidewalks, avoid blocking building doors or sidewalks when parking, and share space respectfully with other users.

The Riverhawks also encourage fans travelling to the ballpark to consider alternative transportation options, including ride-share services such as Uber and taxis, walking, e-scooters, and cycling.

Monitored and secure bike parking is also available at RE/MAX Field.
