Minor Ball Game Day Partner

We are committed to building strong connections with our community, and love seeing people of all ages play these great games!! That’s why we are pleased to offer Minor Baseball, Softball, and Fastball Associations an exciting opportunity to partner with us through our Minor Ball Gameday Partner Program. This unique program recognizes your organization as our official minor ball gameday partner for one Edmonton Riverhawks West Coast League home game, an awesome opportunity to create lasting memories for your players, families, and coaches while raising funds for your organization. As a Riverhawks Minor Ball Gameday Partner, your association receives the following benefits:

• Complimentary Tickets: Registered players from your association attending the game will receive 1 complimentary ticket voucher for your association's designated Riverhawks game.
• Your association will also receive recognition over the Riverhawks' PA system during the game as the “Riverhawks Minor Ball Partner of the Game”. After the Riverhawks game, players, coaches and their families will be welcomed to come down to the field and enjoy the atmosphere, run the bases and collect player autographs.
• Fundraising Opportunities: Option to purchase additional tickets at a reduced cost with a portion of the proceeds going to your organization.
• Player Experiences: Profile four players in your organization to step onto the field as the official batkids for the game (two for each team).
• Gameday Guest Coach: An unforgettable opportunity for one of your coaches to serve as the game’s special guest coach, joining the team in the dugout for the full game to experience the excitement of WCL Baseball up close.

Please note that only 1200 tickets are available through this program. For more details, please refer to our brochure below. Associations interested in becoming a gameday partner can request a date by emailing tickets@gohawks.ca. Since only one association is selected per game, we encourage you to provide 2-3 preferred dates. Spots for our 27 home games are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
