The Senior Hawks Recreational Baseball League (SHRBL) is your chance to experience the thrill of competitive baseball in a fun, organized, and welcoming environment. Whether you’re looking to relive your glory days or start a new tradition, SHRBL has a spot for you!

Why Play in SHRBL?

• Top-Tier Facilities: Games are played at the iconic RE/MAX Field.
• Exciting Schedule: Sunday tripleheaders and Monday doubleheaders guarantee plenty of action.
• Community Atmosphere: Open to players of all skill levels (18+), SHRBL promotes sportsmanship and camaraderie.

League Highlights

• 7-inning games with a 2-hour time limit.
• Maximum 5-run rule per inning for balanced competition.
• International tiebreaker rules for extra innings.

• Only wood/composite bats and non-metal spikes are allowed.
• Flexible substitution rules ensure everyone stays in the game.

• Emphasis on respect, fairness, and good sportsmanship.
• Captains and players work together to create a positive experience.

Player-Friendly Rules

• Players must be 18 years or older before the first game.
• Both male and female players are welcome.
• Teams must register at least 14 players, with individual player fees of $550 plus GST.
• Individuals can also sign up but must attend the pre-season training camp (TBD)
