It's shaping up to be a wild and wacky week at the ballpark this week!

The boys from 100.3 The Bear kick things off Tuesday with "Boily Night." What's a Boily Night? Good question! Seems Yukon and McCord often argue on their morning show that a boiled wiener makes for the best hot dog! The first hundred people to their tent in front of RE/MAX Field Tuesday night get to test their theory. We might also have to put the boilies up against our street dogs in a Century Hospitality Group Showdown Challenge!

It's also a Toonie Tuesday, when you can purchase a ticket for $2 with the purchase of a regularly priced adult grandstand ticket. There are also $2 Junior Hot Dogs and $2 bottles of water.

Tuesday we get the opportunity to salute leaders who helped to make Edmonton, the capital region and this province what they are. "They Built This City!" will see leaders from various sectors come out for a ceremonial first pitch - and a very big thank you!

It's also a Winning Wednesday! If the Riverhawks fail to beat the Ridgefield Raptors, you'll go home with a free grandstand ticket for the following night.

The next night is a Thousand Dollar Thursday with the NOW! Radio Family. The station's wildly popular Thursday promotion comes down to the ballpark - and someone will walk away one thousand dollars richer! You don't know when it might happen but fans will have to be on their toes to win!

It's also a Thirsty Thursday when there's $5 draft beer and a special on pop, as well.

Friday it's Baseball Goes Bollywood and Bhangra with MyRadio! There'll be colourful costumes, song and dance from South Asia, as well as a little taste of cricket with the Edmonton Cosmopolitans. Gursharan Buttar from MyRadio! will be on hand to broadcast the game in Punjabi before we all giveaway to a Bollywood/Bhangra Dance Party with a DJ on the field!

If that's not enough, there'll be a sensational light show provided by Uncle John's Fireworks! This has become an end of week staple for many who love coming onto the field to watch this amazing display of fireworks.

Saturday night we dust off the boots and hats and get ready for Country Night with CISN Radio! Boot Scootin' Boogie will get us in the mood for a great night which will be bookended with a post game concert form rising country star Justin Hogg.

We bring the six game home stand to an outstanding close Sunday with Hawks & Hounds presented by Homes Alive Pets! Bring your four legged friend to the game and be prepared to be wowed by a show by Winspear Dalmations. There will also be displays set up by the Edmonton Humane Society, Dogs With Wings and more! We have goodie bags for the first one hundred pooches in the stands!
